The Loaded Walking Taco- A layer of corn tortilla chips, then a layer of creamy white cheddar cheese. Then we pile on the taco meat, pork (cooked in butter, brown sugar, and bourbon) then shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream and chopped jalapenos.

Deconstructed Shepherd’s Pie– Two scoops of mashed potatoes, then we smother them with a tangy beef (Sorry Chef R, no lamb here) and vegetable gravy, then topped off with French Fried Onions to give a nice crunchy texture.
